Investment in training is clearly one of his characteristic traits of CCA, either through direct intervention and partnerships with universities (featured: assistance to the M.Sc. degree in Law and Management and M.Sc. degree in Legal Practice under the aegis of the Portuguese Catholic University; the privileged relationship with the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid, including exchanges of lawyers and students, permanent participation in forums and discussions regarding training and career opportunities), or by encouraging continued training of its lawyers through organization of in-house training sessions and bolstering external training both nationally and internationally.
LAWYERS
CCA understands that the growth of the firm depends on the integration of legal professionals with superb technical skills and solid knowledge in their practice area. Therefore, we constantly seek to find competent lawyers in any practice area who apply critical thinking to the exercise of the legal profession and are willing to call the values and culture of our society their own.
Besides a review of the curriculum vitae our selection process includes an interview with the partners responsible for the department where the lawyer will be working.

INTERNS
CCA recognizes the importance of internship in the early stage of the legal career. Therefore, throughout the training period the intern is integrated into different teams, and thus is offered contact with several practice areas. Autonomy and accountability are encouraged and team spirit is valued.
The selection process includes an interview with partners and / or senior lawyers, with whom the candidate may raise all relevant questions regarding training and integration in the firm.
Each year CCA participates in "job shop" initiatives, organized by universities, where students have an opportunity to establish informal contact with lawyers who are part of our team.
SUMMER INTERNSHIPS
If you are about to graduate and want to join a dynamic firm, where you will have the opportunity to contact with and learn about the practice of law, and simultaneously participate in a summer internship, you can send us your application by e-mail or regular mail until the end the month of May.
The duration of the internship and its actual schedule will be agreed upon with the candidates during the selection process.
